If the participant decides to cancel the registration more than [14 days] before the start of the course, the full course fee will be refunded.
If the participant decides to cancel the registration within [7 days] before the course start date, [50%] of the registration fee will be refunded.
After the course has started, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted.
